ART ADVISORY

Duende.art is led by Marie-Sophie Eiché-Demester and provides art advisory services to private individuals and public organisations.

After 25 years of experience working with the complete ecosystem of the art world, including artists, curators, museums, collectors, gallerists, and art fairs, our service is to rethink the short and long term traditional advisory services.
Developing new experiences of collecting art, with strong philanthropic engagements and the understanding of sensitivity tailored to specific affinities.

Based between Africa and France, Marie-Sophie is also involved
in African museum, institutions as a member of the administration board
of the Zinsou Foundation, and she also advises the government of Benin as a member of the prefiguration committee of the Museum of Contemporary Art of Cotonou (MACC).

Long term collaborations: Galerie Mennour, Pierre Yovanovitch,
Private Collections and African and French Museum Collections.

ATLANTIC

Atlantic opens its doors in Ouidah, Benin in December 2022.

Atlantic is designed to accompany
the flourishing of contemporary art in West Africa and invites the Beninise
and international public to write a new chapter in the history of exhibition practices.  The exhibition space will be
a haven for both artists and the public,
a place of reflection, inspiration, and contemplation, where all can find refuge and rest between two ocean crossings.

For each project, Atlantic will gather an exceptional collection of artworks and stories, a travelogue featuring multiple voices and shaping the future of today’s art.
